9th Floor
On the 9th floor, there are four fully private rooms available on a monthly basis,along with a shared meeting room that can accommodate up to eight people.
Those who rent a private room also have access to the community space “BIRTH LAB,” as well as the meeting rooms on the 8th and 9th floors.
In addition, the wooden deck extending upward from the terrace on the 8th floor offers an open and refreshing view, making it an ideal spot to relax or take a break between work sessions.

On the 8th floor, you’ll find comfortable sofas and desks placed by windows facing the outdoor terrace—ideal for changing your pace or working in a relaxed atmosphere.
The high desks near the entrance are perfect for casual conversations with colleagues or acquaintances, or for standing work that reduces strain on your shoulders and lower back.
There are two private rooms recommended for those who want to work without worrying about being seen by others.
In addition, a meeting room equipped with a 60-inch monitor is available.
One fully private room that can accommodate 6–8 people is also provided, allowing flexible use depending on your company’s growth stage and needs.

There are also four private desks (monthly subscription) in lockable semi-private rooms where you can work without worrying about being seen, as well as two meeting rooms that can accommodate 4–6 people.
This setup allows you to choose a workspace that suits your preferred working style.
In addition, ergonomic chairs designed to reduce fatigue during long hours of sitting are provided, creating an environment where each user can work with focus and comfort.

- Can I use just the meeting rooms, phone booths, or focus booths?

Yes! Members have 24/7 access. Monthly members can access the space 24/7, 365 days a year. Note: Drop-in / 1-Day use is available from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Can I make phone calls or join video meetings?

Yes, depending on the floor. You can take calls and join web meetings at your desk on the 1F and 8F.
On other floors, please use our free soundproof phone booths or meeting rooms to maintain a quiet environment for everyone.
- Can I bring guests or clients?

Yes, you can host guests in the 1F Lounge or Meeting Rooms (5-8-9F).
For security and focus, guest access to upper workspace floors is restricted, but the 1F Lounge is perfect for casual meetings.
- Do I need a Japanese guarantor to sign a contract?

No, a Japanese guarantor is not required. Our screening process is foreigner-friendly.
We simply need your ID (Residence Card and Passport) and emergency contact information.
- What is the minimum contract period?

Monthly memberships start from just 1 month. We offer flexible plans to suit your stay in Tokyo. No long-term lock-in is required.
- How long does the application process take?

Approx. 7 business days. Once you submit your application form via email, please allow about 7 business days for screening and setup.

- Can I pay for a monthly plan by credit card?

Credit card payments are scheduled to start in late 2026. Currently, we only accept bank transfers for monthly memberships.

- Is there a place to store my belongings?

Yes, lockers are available. Private Desk and Private Room members can leave items at their seats.
For others, optional lockers are available for ¥5,500/month.
- Are food and drinks allowed?

Yes, you can eat and drink at your desk.
We also provide free coffee and tea. For strong-smelling food, we kindly ask you to use the 8F or 1F Lounge area.
